Strategy, stories, and the things I build when nobody assigned them.
I chase the thing I don't understand yet. Usually it turns into work.
Born and raised in South Carolina. I studied Journalism & Mass Communications at the University of South Carolina, minored in Information Science, and worked as assistant sports editor at the Daily Gamecock. That job taught me to chase a story and file it before midnight.
That took me into advertising. Eight years of strategy at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Wieden+Kennedy, and TBWA\Chiat\Day — connections plans, campaign architecture, brand positioning. Some of it ran in the Super Bowl. Some of it won at Cannes.
I live in Los Angeles now. Culture, entertainment, and technology crash into each other here, and the wreckage is useful — it keeps me close to the arguments that decide how brands show up.
For the past four years I've built with AI as a maker, not a user. I ship tools with Codex, Claude, and Gemini — audience intelligence systems, creative strategy apps, interactive experiences. It's the most interesting craft I've picked up since I learned to write a lede.
Outside the agency I shoot, host, and write. Behind the lens or behind the mic it's the same hunger — understand the thing, then tell it better than I found it.
Redefining an icon. A cultural reset for the denim giant that reimagined American heritage through a modern lens.
An entertainment partnership that took Gatorade into the Upside Down for the final season of a cultural phenomenon.

I photograph the instant a person drops the pose, a crowd becomes one body, or a landscape makes time feel larger. This is an edit about presence—not a catalogue of everything I have shot.
People lead. Places let the story breathe. Gatherings return the noise. The sequence moves between all three the way memory does.
